bd Systems Team Selected for Peterson Air Force Base Networking Services (PANS)

TORRANCE, California, May 2004 – The 21st Space Wing, headquartered at Peterson Air Force Base, CO, has awarded a seven-year, $70 million network services contract to a team headed by bd Systems, Inc. The bd Systems team will provide a full range of information technology services to military units based at Peterson, including Air Force Space Command, US Northern Command, and Electronic Systems Command.

Working in partnership with the 21st Space Wing, the bd Systems team will provide key information technology support including operation, maintenance, management and security of the Peterson Information Technology Network.  bd Systems leads a team that is comprised of several world-class industry partners, including DigitalNet Government Solutions, LLC; The Titan Corporation; and General Dynamics Network Systems, Inc.
