bd Spatial selected by Santa Clara VTA for IT Professional Services Contract

OAKLAND, CA, May 2003 – Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) serves as the transportation planning agency, as well as the transit provider for the Santa Clara County (California). In that capacity VTA not only operates bus and light rail services in Santa Clara County, but also is responsible for highway improvement projects, congestion planning, air quality management plans and multi-modal planning. bd System, E&IT Division was awarded a contract to provide a wide range of IT services on an “as needed” basis over a number of highly qualified IT firms due to our ability to provide outstanding technical services, and our extensive experience with transit and other public agencies.
