We encourage our employees to render volunteer services in the community – not to the charity or cause of the Company, but of the employee’s choice. When employees select charities that are close and clear to their own hearts, they give it their all.

As a recent example, bd employees generously made significant contributions in support of hurricane Katrina relief with the company matching donations on a one-to-one basis. In addition the company supported employees that choose to aid relief efforts directly by volunteering to assist in the region.
