Electronic
Combat Data
bd Systems developed
a complex relational database to support an experimental
aircraft. The database is the backbone of a program
to develop algorithms for situation awareness, target
acquisition, identification, automatic recognition and
target intent that is used to fuse multiple types of
intelligence information (EO and SAR, SIGINT, digital
cartographic and off-board intelligence broadcast data)
into a smart "picture" for transmission to and use by
tactical warfighters.
